Update 3/4/04

Jonathan is working on optimizing the range sensor and programming the PALs. Stephen consulted us on compiling linux and using mulinux. Your linux setup will be different than what the codekit describes and don’t expect everything to work on your first try. I had to alter some parameters in order to compile the kernel. I also had to alter the mzfi script. Stephen wanted me to make a bzImage instead of the zImage. So I altered the mzfi script accordingly. Using remon from codekit002804, I uploaded the base zFlashImage and the Flash.img. I had to enable linux flash loader in bios. Then I rebooted, watched linux load on my hyperterminal. I logged in as root checked out / and shutdown. The hyperterminal text is available here for download. -ben
